Listen, I know what it feels like to face what feels like a mountain stacked against your purpose in medicine—the uncertainty of if you’ll ever find a mentor and community of solid people who are embarking on a similar journey. I’ve faced the difficult decision of paying for groceries or paying to retake a pre-req course that you’ve failed. I’ve lost sleep at night contemplating if I, my responsibilities, and my life were “too much” to thrive in medicine.
I’ve navigated being the “non-traditional” student, the one who never quite fit in with the crowd, the first clinical job offer, the pressure to prove myself, the haters, and the desire to lead without burning out. That’s why I built NextGenPA™, to give aspiring and soon-to-be physician assistants the strategy, mindset, processes and confidence to thrive in every stage of their career. From preparing to apply to PA school to negotiating your first contract to stepping into leadership with cultural intelligence and clarity, I have built systems, processes, strategies to equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
